The E5202 unit is a specific controller for driving a "3-point stepping" servomotor; it can receive an external analog signal of 0/4-20mA or 0/2-10V, and the unit can control the position of the servomotor. The control range can be easily adapted to the operating range of the burner servomotor.
E5202 unit settings
>The control unit does not need to be specifically set up, it can automatically match the resistance value of the potentiometer to adjust the servomotor position to match the 0/4--20mA (or 0/2-10V) signal. →The front of the unit is equipped with a fine-tuning potentiometer (dead zone); it is recommended to keep the "dead zone" at the highest value first to prevent the servomotor position from being adjusted too frequently when the input signal changes very little. The highest value of the "dead zone" is 1%, that is, the position will only be adjusted when the input signal changes above 0.2mA (or 0.1V) (i.e. about 1° angle).
