The HICLOVER Precious Metal Recovery Furnace is a thermal pre-treatment system for precious metal recovery. It converts precious-metal-bearing materials (resins, plastics, oily residues, coatings, activated carbon/resin carriers, and e-waste intermediates) into recoverable ash, while controlling oil smoke/VOC flue gas during processing.
A/B/C Process Logic
Stage A – Controlled Roasting/Ashing: Gradual low-temperature removal of organics to produce recoverable dry ash, collected via movable high-temperature trays for centralized recovery.
Stage B – High-Temperature Afterburner: Complete oxidation of oil smoke, VOCs, and pyrolysis gases to reduce odor, black smoke, and fouling.
Optional Stage C – Quench Spray Scrubber: Quenching + washing + demisting; generates wet sludge for periodic removal and re-ashing to maximize metal recovery.
