The Micro Incinerator is a compact electric heating device designed for rapid sterilization of inoculating loops, needles, and other small metal laboratory instruments. It replaces alcohol lamps and Bunsen burners by utilizing a fully enclosed infrared ceramic heating tube that reaches approximately 850–950°C. Sterilization is completed within 3–7 seconds, supporting both fast high-temperature sterilization and lower-temperature drying operations.

Operating without flame or fuel gas, the Micro Incinerator is safe for use in biosafety cabinets, clean benches, fume hoods, anaerobic chambers, CO₂ incubators, and field laboratory conditions. It does not disturb airflow, generates no combustion exhaust, and reduces contamination risk—ideal for controlled laboratory environments.

The heating tube is constructed from durable 95-grade ceramic with strong resistance to thermal shock and corrosion, ensuring long service life and stable performance. Multiple models are available with different bore diameters and heating depths to accommodate various instruments. Typical specifications include a 115–155 mm heating zone, Φ15–35 mm bore, and 10–20 minutes preheat time.
