Working Principle and Structural Description
Infrared heating and “micro incinerator” principle
Essentially, the infrared sterilizer is a miniature infrared incineration chamber. A specially designed heating tube is powered electrically to form a localized “hot spot” inside the tube, rapidly reaching 850–950°C. When a metal loop or needle is inserted into the heating zone, the working tip becomes red-hot within seconds, ensuring complete sterilization.
