System Composition

Primary Combustion Chamber:
For direct incineration of medical waste or animal carcasses.
Internal chamber volume: 220 liters (0.22 m³).

Secondary Combustion Chamber:
Burns flue gases emitted from the primary chamber to ensure complete combustion and reduction of harmful emissions.
Internal chamber volume: 145 liters

Chimney:
Facilitates safe exhaust of treated flue gases into the atmosphere.

Control System:
Fully automated PLC control panel for temperature regulation, burner timing, and safety interlocks.

Emission Treatment

Standard: Dry flue gas filtration system for acid-base neutralization.

Optional: Wet scrubber system for enhanced removal of acid gases, particulates, and soluble pollutants.

Burner Configuration & Fuel Consumption

Primary Chamber Burner: Riello G10LC single-stage burner – 1 unit (approx. 6 kg/h diesel).

Secondary Chamber Burner: Riello G10LC single-stage burner – 1 unit (approx. 6 kg/h diesel).

Estimated Total Fuel Consumption:
≈ 12 kg/hour (theoretical maximum under full burner operation).
In practical operation, burners work intermittently and utilize waste self-combustion, resulting in significantly lower actual consumption.
