Medical Waste Incineration System
Waste Type: Medical waste
Treatment Method: Incineration
Processing Capacity: 100 kg/hour
Fuel: Diesel oil
Installation Type: Fixed installation (optional containerized mobile version)
Control System: PLC automatic control
Primary Combustion Chamber – Direct incineration of medical waste.
Chamber volume: 1.2 m³.
Constructed with high-temperature refractory lining to ensure uniform combustion and durability.
Secondary Combustion Chamber – Burns flue gas from the primary chamber.
Chamber volume: 0.6 m³.
Operates at >1100 °C for complete oxidation of gases and destruction of harmful compounds.
Chimney System – Vertical discharge structure for emission release, sized to meet local dispersion and draft requirements.
Optional Containerized Type – Both chambers, control panel, and chimney integrated in one 20-ft or 40-ft container for mobility and rapid site installation.
Primary Chamber: 1 × Riello G20LC single-stage burner, ~8 kg/h fuel rate.
Secondary Chamber: 1 × Riello G20LC single-stage burner, ~12 kg/h fuel rate.
Total Theoretical Fuel Consumption: approx. 20 kg diesel per hour at full-load dual-burner operation.
Actual site consumption is typically lower depending on waste calorific value and intermittent burner cycling.
Dual-chamber thermal design ensuring complete combustion and emission control compliance.
Fully automated PLC system with burner interlock, temperature control, and safety monitoring.
Suitable for hospitals, clinics, and laboratories under Iraq’s healthcare waste-management framework.
Optional add-ons: wet scrubber or dry filtration modules for enhanced air-pollution control.
Optional Wet Scrubber System
As per: Dual combustion chambers + Wet Scrubber (1.Spray/ Quench/Cooling Tower / 2.Acid Gas and Desulfurization Tower + 3.Defogging Tower+ 4.Defogging Tower )
