The Infrared Inoculating Loop Sterilizer is an electric heating device that uses high-temperature infrared radiation to rapidly sterilize small metal instruments such as inoculating loops and needles. It fully replaces alcohol lamps and Bunsen burners. The heating zone typically reaches 850–950°C, achieving effective sterilization in approximately 3–7 seconds. It supports both high-temperature short-time sterilization and low-temperature long-time dry-heating processes.
The device is compact, lightweight, and mechanically reliable. It is suitable for use in biosafety cabinets, clean benches, near exhaust systems, inside mobile laboratories, or on any laboratory work surface. It can also be conveniently deployed at field sites or temporary laboratories, enabling on-site high-temperature sterilization at any time.
