Electric micro incinerator X700 – Large Bore With Stand / Two-Stage Heating
Φ35 mm / 115 mm / 240 W / 950°C
Heating Levels: 400°C / 850°C
Feature: Higher power output and larger bore allow efficient sterilization of bigger tools. Stand improves convenience and operational safety.
The Infrared Inoculating Loop Sterilizer is a compact electric heating device that rapidly sterilizes inoculating loops, needles, and other small metal laboratory tools. It replaces alcohol and Bunsen burners, using a closed infrared heating tube that reaches approximately 850–950°C. Sterilization is completed within 3–7 seconds, supporting both high-temperature rapid sterilization and lower-temperature drying.
The device operates without flame or fuel gas, making it safe for use in biosafety cabinets, clean benches, fume hoods, anaerobic chambers, CO₂ incubators, and field laboratories. No airflow disturbance, no combustion exhaust, and reduced contamination risk make it particularly suitable for controlled environments.
Heating tubes are constructed from durable 95-grade ceramic, offering high resistance to thermal shock and corrosion, ensuring long service life and stable performance. Models are available with different bore sizes and heating lengths to support various tool dimensions. Typical specifications include a 115–155 mm heating zone, Φ15–35 mm bore, and 10–20 minutes preheat time.
