1. Burner Controller (Control Box)
   • Function: The electronic brain of the burner. Manages ignition sequence, flame monitoring, safety interlock, and automatic shutdown in case of faults.
2. Burner Transformer (Ignition Transformer / Ignition Unit)
   • Function: Provides high-voltage spark (usually 8–15 kV) to ignite the fuel-air mixture at the burner head.
3. Burner Oil Pump (Fuel Pump)
   • Function: Draws fuel oil from the storage tank, pressurizes it, and delivers it to the nozzle with stable flow and atomization.
4. Solenoid Valve (Oil Solenoid / Fuel Shutoff Valve)
   • Function: Controls fuel flow to the nozzle. Opens during operation and closes instantly when the burner stops or in emergency shutdown.
5. Combustion Head Complete (Burner Head Assembly)
   • Function: The heart of the burner combustion system. Includes nozzle holder, electrodes, diffuser plate, and flame stabilizer to ensure proper atomization, air-fuel mixing, and stable combustion.
6. Ignition Electrodes
   • Function: Positioned at the combustion head; create the spark from the transformer to ignite the atomized fuel.
7. Nozzle (Fuel Oil Nozzle)
   • Function: Atomizes fuel into a fine spray at the correct angle and flow rate to ensure efficient combustion.
8. Flame Sensor (Photocell / UV Cell)
   • Function: Detects the presence of flame. Sends signal to the controller to confirm safe operation, otherwise shuts down burner.
